By accessing or purchasing from Goodliving Real Estate LLC, you agree to the following Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use this website or place an order.

Products Sold

Beverages

We sell non-alcoholic, non-prescription refrigerated beverages, including but not limited to:

  • Water

  • Canned protein shakes

  • Carbonated beverages

  • Sports drinks

All beverages are sold as-is for general consumption only. We do not provide medical, nutritional, or health advice.

Apparel

We also sell apparel and merchandise, including clothing and accessories.

IMPORTANT BRAND DISCLOSURE:
All apparel sold through this website is NOT affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or part of the F45 brand.
Any apparel sold is an independent retail product offered solely by Goodliving Real Estate LLC.

ALL SALES FINAL – NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES

ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for any reason, including but not limited to:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect size selection

  • Fit, color, or style preference

  • Ordering errors

  • Missed pickup or delivery

  • Delayed pickup

  • Wear, washing, or use of apparel

This policy applies to both beverages and apparel.

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this NO REFUND / NO RETURN policy.

Pickup, Delivery & Storage

Customers are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate contact and order information

  • Timely pickup or acceptance of delivery

We are not responsible for product quality or condition affected by:

  • Delayed pickup

  • Improper storage after pickup or delivery

  • Normal wear and tear of apparel

Allergies & Consumption

Customers are responsible for reviewing ingredient labels and allergen information. Consumption of beverages is at your own risk. We are not liable for allergic reactions, sensitivities, or adverse effects.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Goodliving Real Estate LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Any liability, if applicable, shall not exceed the total amount paid for the product.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Goodliving Real Estate LLC, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any claims arising from:

  • Product use or misuse

  • Failure to follow care or storage instructions

  • Failure to read product descriptions or labels

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.
